Ingredients of Bibimbap

  1. You need of Blanched spinach, flavoured with sesame oil and soya sauce.
  2. Prepare of Cucumber julienned.
  3. Prepare of Carrot julienned.
  4. It's of Purple cabbage, sliced thinly.
  5. You need of Minced meat (pork, chicken or beef) sautéed with minced garlic.
  6. It's of Mushroom sautéed with salt.
  7. Prepare of Egg white, pan fried.
  8. Prepare of Egg yolk, pan fried.
  9. You need of Dried laver with salt.

  1. Prepare the cucumber and carrot in julienned style.
  2. Thinly sliced the purple cabbage.
  3. Blanch the spinach and rinse under cool water. Wring out as much water and flavour with sesame oil and little soya sauce.
  4. Minced 1 or 2 cloves of garlic and sautéed the minced meat with little soya sauce.
  5. Sauteed the mushrooms with some salt.
  6. Cook the egg white and yolk separately. Once they are cooked, slice them julienne style..
  7. Assemble the bowl with rice at the bottom, and with the ingredients around the rice. I prefer to top off the rice with the dried laver but you can do as you please..
  8. Prepare the sauce for bibimbap. Mix one table spoon of Korean chilli paste with one table spoon of soya sauce, one table spoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic. Drizzle as required over your bowl upon serving..
