Recipe: Delicious Taco ring

  2. It's 2 cans of Crescent rolls.
  3. You need 1/2 of yellow pepper.
  4. It's 1/2 of red pepper.
  5. It's 1/2 of green pepper.
  6. Prepare of Minced garlic.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of onion.
  8. It's 1 block of Colby jack cheese.
  9. You need of Taco seasoning.
  10. You need of Salsa.

My kids now request these instead of regular tacos. I was out of black olives tonight, so I used green--the toppings are your personal choice really! For a spicier taco ring, add a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture and use hot salsa. While the crust may get a bit soggy, it will still taste delicious!

Taco ring instructions

  1. Brown Beef.
  2. Dice vegetables.
  3. Sauté vegetables, meat, and seasoning..
  4. Make a star pattern with the crescent rolls.
  5. Dice cheese and put half on the rings.
  6. Put meat and vegetables on top of cheese.
  7. Put remaining cheese on top of meat and fold the crescents.
  8. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

To reheat the taco ring, place individual slices on a baking sheet. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
